Glass Blowing Class & wine tour cancellation policy:
We make every effort to accommodate the needs of our guests, our trip dates and capacities are limited by logistics and the agencies that manage our activities. Our cancellation policy is intended to reflect the fact that when we accept your reservation, we have not only made logistical commitments, but have turned others away from booking the space on that trip date. When a reservation is made and confirmed with a deposit or full payment, it becomes an assured/guaranteed reservation. At which point New Mexico Wine Tours is committing to hold that space for you by removing it from the market. If you decide to cancel your reservation, it may not be possible for us to re-book that space (or spaces), resulting in a very real loss in opportunity, capacity and time; especially in the case of cancellations that occur close to the reserved trip date.
With this is mind, we must firmly adhere to the following policy:
Cancellations made 21 days prior to your tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within the 21 days prior to tour tour date will receive NO REFUND or trip credit,
sorry but no exceptions.
All deposits are none refundable.
This policy includes all bookings using a gift certificate.
Persons may be substituted within a reservation without penalty.
If your group was given a discount for a certain number of guest bookings and less booked, discount that
was given will not apply and charged.
We regret that exceptions cannot be made for personal emergencies or illness.
We cannot be responsible for other expenses surrounding your trip to and from your reserved activity
with New Mexico Wine Tours.
For this reason, we urge our guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Refunds are calculated only on actual money amounts paid to New Mexico Wine Tours
toward the canceled trip space.
Any refunds issued are done so in the same method that the client payment was originally submitted
to New Mexico Wine Tours.
New Mexico Wine Tours LLC or the transportation company used for your tour will not be liable
in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making
up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to any tour vehicle caused during
the duration of the tour of members of their party.
A fee of $300.00 will be assessed for each seat tear or puncture.
Our sanitation fee is $250.00. Illegal drug use is prohibited by law, and will not be permitted in our vehicles.
Not smoking on any of our vehicles.
Any associated fines will be paid for by the client. Our drivers have the right to terminate
run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
New Mexico Wine Tours will not be responsible for delays of trips caused by unsafe road conditions
in inclement weather (e.g. unplowed or unsalted roads, accidents, etc.) while on tour.
If your tour date is cancelled by New Mexico Wine Tours due to unsafe road conditions prior or the morning
of your tour, you will receive a complete refund.
If your pick up location is on a road that has not been plowed and unsafe for our vehicles, NM Wine Tours will not be responsible.
Tour guests will need to find a way to meet our vehicles, by either walking or driving down to a safe location or meeting in town.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Tours do not include the cost of tasting fees, entrance fees to parks, lunch at a restaurant or alcoholic beverages
not unless agreed upon in your contract.
You must be 21 years of age to participate for wine tasting, must have valid ID with you.
Children under the age of 17 or younger are not allowed with out an adult that is 18 or older who is a relative or
legal guardian of the minor while in the tasting rooms. NM Wine Tours will not refund any tour or food costs if the tour is cut short
by illness, accident's, bad weather or any other reason.
New Mexico Wine Tours LLC reserves the right to refuse transport to any person or persons who behaves in a way that is
unlawful, unsafe, disrespectful of other guests on the tour, servers & employees of all destinations and your tour guide, especially rudeness!
If such a case, you will be responsible for all costs finding a way back to what ever planet you came from!!!
NO PROFANITY is allowed in any of our wineries or attractions.
New Mexico Wine Tours LLC is not liable for loss or damage to client’s personal property.
New Mexico Wine Tours LLC is & will not not be liable in anyway for physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death,
and damage to property, or third parties while on your tour or after your tour drop off.
Animals are not allowed on any of our tours, not unless arrangements were made in advance.
New Mexico Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel or deny an person to participate in any tour or guided activity based on
safety issues related to medical conditions, physical limitations.
Wavers must be signed for certain attractions as in the, Rafting then Wine Tour and New Mexico Wine Tours.
New Mexico Wine Tours sole purpose is for our guest to safely experience our wineries, breweries & attractions with out drinking and driving.
NM Wine Tours will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any of our guests that decide to foolishly get in their car & drive after our tour.
