Terms & Cancellation Policy
At New Mexico Wine Tours, our cancellation policy is designed to reflect the fact that when we accept your reservation, we commit resources and logistics to that booking and turn away other potential guests. Once a reservation is confirmed and paid in full, it becomes a guaranteed booking. At that point, we reserve your space and remove it from our availability.
If you choose to cancel your reservation, it may be difficult or impossible for us to rebook the date, especially for last-minute cancellations, which results in a real financial loss for us. Therefore, we must strictly adhere to the following policy:
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
These general conditions govern the contractual relationship between the participant and New Mexico Wine Tours for all guided tours organized by us. A contract is established once New Mexico Wine Tours accepts your booking in writing (via email or online) or by phone.
By submitting full payment for your tour, you agree to comply fully with the terms below:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made seven (7) or more full calendar days prior to your scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within seven (7) calendar days of the tour date will not receive a refund.
All funds paid to New Mexico Wine Tours for late cancellations are forfeited.
No exceptions will be made for cancellations due to personal emergencies or illness.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
No-shows or late arrivals.
Incorrect dates booked by the customer (whether online or by phone).
A confirmation email is sent at the time of booking, giving you an opportunity to verify that the correct date was selected.
If an incorrect date was booked, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to limited availability. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
This policy also applies to reservations made with gift vouchers.
We are not responsible for any additional travel or personal expenses related to your trip. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your tour, subject to availability, as long as the request is made more than 7 days in advance.
A $10 per person rescheduling fee applies.
Rescheduling requests made 7 days or less before the scheduled tour date are considered cancellations and will follow the cancellation policy outlined above.
Any refunds issued will be processed in the same form of payment used at the time of booking.
You may substitute a different participant under your reservation at no additional cost.
